python3-examples software package provides examples for the Python language (default version), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-examples
python3-examples is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-examples package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-examples *
You will get with python3-examples package name, version, architecture and description in a table
